goooood morning everyone!!!!...day 435......wow...been really cool in the mornings this week...62 here right now..just right for a cool morning walk...but my walkin is restricted to inside the house and out to the trash can outside...i do feel better today...my feet arent as swollen as they have been, guess all that layin in bed with my feet elevated did pay off...i sure am tired of layin in bed though...im thinkin today im gonna get on the floor an do some kind of a weight workout along with ab crunches...anything to get some kind of a workout in ...i tried on the 42s...and i can get the button half way thru the hole..just not all the way...so they are getting really close to being on the conquered list..im guessin by the weekend..if not sooner...still eating good..not like i normally do..but figured since i was on a walkin vacation, different picks would keep my body guessing and at the same time would give me more energy to do the weights today...im ready to see the doctor and get well..my shoes are feelin abandoned...as my feet have been to swollen to wear them since sunday...been wearin house shoes if i go outside...o well...be good to have a vacation from walkin for a week or 2...give my muscles time to heal and give my body a different workout as well....hope evryone is doing great..and il try an get around to check out your journals today..if you journal....since im feelin more like bein up today....have a great day everyone!!!!

It can be scary to have swollen feet, that's for sure! I hope that this problem clears up soon. I'll be thinking of you.

It's good to give your pedometer a rest, too. Poor thing was smoking! I hope you're feet are back in tapping condition soon!

Yes, you might go talk to the doc and make sure that everything is alright. Take care of yourself!!

take the time needed to heal your feet...i have been off of mine for 12 weeks since nov 3rd last year...do what is necessary to heal so that you do not have to repeat it again...

my appointment is wed afternoon and from talkin to the nurse today..a shot, is in order..and then probly a ubi not sure thats the right spellling...soft cast boot, its a guaze soaked wrap thats soaked in calamine lotion an not sure what else thats put on in the shape of a boot...last one i wore was on for a week until it got to loose and i cut it off...not sure what caused the blisters but will ask tomow when i see him...im sure its not gonna be 12 weeks before i start walking...lol...im ready to go now..just not alot of energy, im sure thats from not being up to par yet..but each day of layin around is gettin old fast...a year ago..it would of been easier to do...lol...
