Ended up a lb heavier than last week. Good news is that I didn't gain 3 lbs from last weekend. Bad news is that I ate too well on my feed days this past week. Even ate a whole pint of Haagen Dazs pistachio ice cream. Need to get back m the wagon so i can continue the weight loss....just realized that my 7 lbs Off in April challenge ends on Monday, and I'm .5 lbs short of my goal. Argh, this means I need to stay on my work-week diet thru the weekend: no bagels, dim sum or alcohol. My mindset is adjusting...
