right ive stopped crying. This week will not destroy me gym soon then shop for this weeks planned meals. up exercise and stay away fromt he people that started this weeks tears and upset i have a plan wish me luck. also pilates vs yoga? i want a workout that relaxes me

If there is people who cause that much upset ensure you remove them from you life. Whilst that’s always easier said than done you need to fix you ahead of anything. I hate the phrase but time does indeed sort it. As for fitness I think Pilates is certainly good for strength and what I need to be doing for rehabilitation after my injury. Yoga seems to help relax imo.

I have tried pilates the pain the next day lo lnever tried yoga i will be doing it at home over the weekends while kids are in bed. Yeah one will be harder to stay away from live close but needed and the other easier to avoid just hurts as been close for so many years but needed to protect myself. I can do this

Yes you can indeed ✊🏻 Yoga it is then! And don’t go skipping food because you feel you over did the carbs or calories or what have you. Once you are doing physical stuff you will easily burn it away. I don’t know where you started in how you looked but you look great and healthy now so focus on the mental well being as the physical is on point 👌🏻

Thank you ive lost 2 stone so far and missed exercise this week i think that has added to this glum mood. I only had a little chocolate and a few treats last weekend within cal ranges so the gain upset me. I will try again and stick to 1500. Nhs recommend i should be on 1750 lowest and i did lose first 2 week on that but not the last 2. Booked doctors app as alot women in my family have under active thyroids and im tired all the time

Fatigue could just be not eating enough too! I think that’s where I was going wrong. Listen to your body. If you want something it’s probably as you need it. It’s when we eat fast food that we want not need we then end up just enjoying the food but we don’t actually need what limits it gives us so we eat more of it. Keep with the home cooking and fresh veg and fruit as when you do have a chocolate bar and there is nothing wrong with that you will really real enjoy it. 2 stone is huge loss and you should be very proud of that. I could not do that so I’m impressed with you. top work

Never tried Pilates but used to do yoga and I loved it. There are many different styles, Ashtanga is quite a psychical one.

As for yoga vs Pilates, it depends on the type, but I really enjoy some candlelight yoga classes in the evenings to meditate and unwind

I love yoga and do it off YouTube. it always makes me feel better and calmer too. I found it when I was going through a really tough time and so glad I did!

The gym definitely helped my mood. I think will tey yoga tomorrow and pilates sunday to mix things up and see which i prefer. I nornally do a dance workout or a pt workout on youtune but been a while need to build myself back up

Pilates isn’t relaxing. Yoga can be depending on style.
