I just accidentally closed this page before posting. What a pain. I have not been compliant on my doctor's dietary restrictions as of late. I did well for the first 2 months but then fell off the wagon. I am not to eat eggs, cow's milk, yeast, wheat or any grains and most fruits. Also I am supposed to eat pasture raised meats or wild caught fish with every meal. The rest of the meal is veggies (preferably organic) and a little fruit. NOW I crave grains especially. I haven't eaten eggs but have had them in processed foods (I don't always even read the label). So for today I have only had decaf coffee (not organic) which is also off limits. I am endeavoring to just eat veggies and approved meats the rest of the day. So withdrawal again. Last time I had morning headaches for 5 straight days.

Electrolytes may help with your headaches. I use Keto Chow electrolyte drops, but there are several brands available on Amazon.
