Good Morning everyone. I have been off here for awhile. But not far. I get notifications from here and yes I do read most of you's posts and it helps me to keep the motivation going. I did gain a little over the holidays not much 5 pounds or just under did not keep a real good record of it. I was really impressed with my weight this morning basically the same as I left. This is really incouraging. Hope you all are doing well also, I will try to get on here more often and post some. Have a blessed day.
