Thank you!! I started doing this 3 months ago. I’m use to running...eating whatever I want...and not worrying about weight. I went to a yearly check up to realize I’d gained 30 pounds😬 No wonder my mile times were getting so stinking slow🤣 More important to me than the loss in weight is that my mile times are finally back in the single digit zone👍
