Today was cheat day!!! I did really good on my choices. I ordered the oriental chicken wrap and asked them to substitute the veggie burger for the chicken...lol. It came with potato chips on the side, and I ate half of them dipped in honey mustard dressing that came with the sandwich. I had two of my homemade granola bars for breakfast, and a salad with homemade pesto dressing for dinner. And... for my grand finally, a glass of Merlot for an evening cap. I have it chilling in the fridge. I found these little wine cups at Kroger. They are about 6 oz, and they had 5 flavors. 3 white and 2 red. (so I bought one of each) I used to LOVE wine sooo much, then almost quit drinking all together the past several years. I'm good to have a beer once a month or so. I may cut grass tonight unless the ground is still too wet, then I may do some yoga or something stretchy in the living room floor while I watch the boob tube.
I think I will hold off weighing in tomorrow. I feel all bloated from the food.
