Does anyone else like those Sesame Snaps candy things? Imagine them made with sunflower & sesame seeds, oats, golden raisins, real butter, brown rice syrup & a little brown sugar, with just a hint of chili powder. O. M. G.!!!
After my day, my Little Kat showed up & kept going back for another one 'cause there was no adult in evidence to say "you've had enough". I lost count, honestly. Well, don't want to get too skinny! Lol!
I finally posted a picture on my facebook page (I've only had one a short while) . I got some comments from people I haven't seen in a while from "can you get any skinnier?", to "your results are worth the pain" of my workouts. I like it!
A slip doesn't mean I'm falling.
