Workout #3 for February, #15 for 2019. #s 2 and 14 were on Tuesday, which was my 7th workout in 9 days.

Good news update. After that long string of workouts, for the first time I did the ab roller better than I've ever done. I didn't need to pause pulling it back in while on my knees. That implies my abs are a bit stronger. Interesting. Also 2 folks at the gym thought I'd lost weight and looked leaner. I'm only down a couple pounds but definitely look a little leaner, more muscled. I think that means I do probably have more overall muscle mass, even though my weight is pretty stable. That's a good outcome, and heartening. Approaching the 2 year anniversary of working out at this gym after many years off.
