Workout #7 of February this morning, #6 for reimbursement, #19 of 2020. Workout #5 and 6 of February, #5 for reimbursement, #17 and 18 of 2020 was Saturday. Great workout. Felt good going in and out. These are the 12th workout in last 15 days. Very mild lower back pain, nothing indicating I should workout less.
