Diario de Janaclare, 07 sep. 10

I lost 2.6 lbs!!! I am very happy. Especially because I was camping for 5 days but I did follow plan. But it seems like when you go away, even when you eat good you still gain weight. So I was very pleased this morning when I weighed in.

1222 kcal Grasa: 79,54g | Prot: 101,72g | Carbh: 26,31g.   Desayuno: Smoked Sausage, Canadian bacon, Eggs. Almuerzo: kroger roast beef lunch meat, kroger deli chicken lunchmeat, Kroger hard salami, Kosher dill pickle, Cheddar cheese, cherry tomatoes, ranch dressing, romaine salad. Cena: asparagus stir fry, butter, Kroger cocktail shrimp. Pasa Bocas / Otros: Green olives, kowalski sausage. más...

Thank you both! I increased my calories because I was under the recommended amount and that seem to work. (this week anyway). Lol!!!
