Today marks my one year on FatSecret since I started I’ve lost well over 13 pounds but I’ve maintained a 13.1 pound loss around this time last year I felt so disgusted with myself so uncomfortable and disappointed with my appearance. I can see a dramatic improvement in my health and well-being and it wouldn’t have happened without the support of the community and the encouragement you have provided thank you to everybody who has commented on my post who has supported me and pushed me to get up and try again I can’t say how much it means to me
