Happy Valentines Day to all. We are on journey of love and commitment to inprove our health and well being! Made my Valentine his favorite meal of T-bone steak, green beans butternut squash and he had his baked potato. All smiles and a wonderful time with my forever boyfriend :) he makes me laugh and holds me tight when I am blue (not often tho!) we have such a blessed life and I say my gratitudes every day. Had an awesome workout today at the gym and that is such a great way for me to begin my day! See so many regulars and it is nice to feel a community that has common goals of taking care of our bodies minds and souls.
