Ok...I did Jillian Michaels Exercise CD's I did Shape up frond and Shape up Backside...Holy Crap, the women is a machine. I know you have to work hard to get results, but I think some of her stuff is over the top. I did make it through both workouts, only slacking on a couple of exercises....I HATE mountain climbers...and I climb a lot of real mountains. My goal is to do these on the days that I only walk right now. I know I need to change things up, cause I have been doing the same things now for a couple of months...guess we will see if it makes a difference.

I do my dvds early before anyone else is up so they won't hear me talking to the tv and telling the instructor how crazy they are. Mixing it up is the way to go. I have been trying to walk at least an hour every other day and do videos on the opposite days. I hope to start getting in an evening walk too one of these days...

I dug out my old Leslie Sansone cassette tape and started doing the walk a mile program. It isn't far and only takes 20 minutes, but I feel like I get more workout than when I go outside and walk for 45 minutes! I would like to find her workout on dvd though, cause someday my tape won't work. One thing she encourages is if you can't keep up or do the steps walk in place to the beat of the music...the important thing is to keep up the pace to keep your heart rate up. You are doing great on your program...keep up the good work!
