I weighed myself out of curiosity, and came up 239.6lbs. I start school tomorrow. I live approx 8.9km away from school, and I think I'm going to attempt walking home tomorrow.
My new motivation is:
a) My cute outfits. I will lay all the things I would love to wear on the bed, and then look them all over and make outfits out of them. I will then exercise with them in mind.
b) Biggest Loser is starting, and I'm hoping to have my own Biggest Loser nights, where I work out, watch the show while eating something healthy, and then workout again after watching it.
c) My boyfriend has started going to the gym, that bugger. He lives away from me most of the year, we see each other for probably 3 - 4 months a year, so I want to wow him - and more so than he wows me.
