I overate yesterday, Thursday, and Tuesday, I think. Been losing slowly and frustrated. But now I've taken all sugar substances out of house. I'm going to eat only lean protein, veggies and fruits for a while, try to stay between 1,000 and 1,200 calories a day and see whether that does it for me. I want to lose another thirty pounds, and it's a tough go.
