I have been told now by 3 really hot hard-body guys that each of them did a temporary tuna diet to drop pounds fast and not lose muscle..i'm trying it for 2 weeks. I started yesterday, another great thing is it doesn't interfere with my Atkins, all i do it have a can of tuna 4-6 times a day with either: tomatos, olives, onions, pickles..or whatever low carb veggie. Its not so bad so far but i just started yesterday. I also have an advantage bar if i get a sweet tooth. Well if you try it good luck and i'll keep my results posted..pics too maybe..we'll see.
