Diario de skwhite, 29 feb. 20

I am back from a week in the Bay Area. The training was at a Catholic retreat center. So not a lot of technology. Which is great because they had several trails to walk and a labyrinth. I walked all the trails. They were hilly and it has really since before I tore my MCL have I done trails like that so my butt and knees were killing me but that means i was exercising muscles I hadn't for a while. The food was okay. They had salad every lunch and dinner so I was able to fill half my plate with that. However we did eat quite a few goodies. But back to the entire plan today.
