Hi, I have been doing this for 3 weeks now. Didn't lose anything first week but 4lbs second week and 1lb this week so far which I am pleased about as been out for a few work lunches and indulged a bit. There is an article in Woman magazine this week about Shangri la. It recommended having the sugar water between breakfast and lunch but then having the oil NEAT after your evening meal. I am going to give it a go as I find the evenings are the worst part of my day. The only way I can drink the ELOO is in cold water. Put oil in first then add water and then just gulp it down. Have you got the light taste one as it doesn't taste of anything. Texture only thing I find bit off putting. Otherwise just do sugar twice a day instead? GOOD LUCK
