AAHHHHHGGGGGRRRRRR!!!! LOL

Today started off GREAT, I ate my oatmeal as usual and then decided on having just one piece of toast to get some more protein into my breakfast. Had my normal snack and wasn't starving before I ate it like I usually am. I had just a lean cuisine for lunch and that was it. Surprisingly, I wasn't as hungry as I usually am after that. Went to spin class with a co-worker and worked my butt off! The big mistake came when I got home. My boyfriend hadn't made dinner yet and it was already getting late so he decided we should go to Baja Fresh. I got a salad and just realized it's 930 calories!! So good but soooo not worth it. It's not that big of a deal because I'm still at a calorie defecit from the day's activities, but still...that could have been more room for me to lose weight.

I realize that I'm just starting to get back into the swing of things so I will make some mistakes, but I'm just overall disappointed in myself for making a poor choice. My real test is going to be this weekend. With the football game, I'm scared of not being able to control myself and my urges (hot dogs, chips and queso, BEER! LOL) Lucky for me, I've made a promise to myself to go work out Saturday morning before the game and the boyfriend and I are taking a hike Sunday morning. We might even paint our room! I'm pretty stoked about that. I hope everyone has a great weekend this weekend!

OMG, I know! Isn't it SO frustrating when the salads turn out to have more calories than the flippin hamburgers? Whenever I eat salad out (like at Wendy's), I almost always get the dressing on-the-side/in-the-packet, and then I try to eat only half the dressing. That's where a bunch of the calories come from. Also, maybe ask for salads without cheese? I try to do that if I'm feeling really motivated :-) Anyway, hope the tip helps and keep up the GREAT work!
