First day of laying off the dairy & wheat - successful (minus the final flan in the fridge). Progress, not perfection. I found a great free calculator for individual caloric/nutritional needs - also detailed mathematical explainations for % of protein vs. carbs - per individual data. Great advice/tips too. At 'sheerbalance.com' look under the nutrition tab. Btw, I'm absolutely not a solicitor, just an FS newbie, and wanted to share a helpful tool. Hope someone out there can benefit from it too. Gotta go do my exercise video now...I don't wanna(waaah) but I will:).
