Yes, exercise can be a great stress reliever. Once you start to do it regularly, you may see the difference in how you feel. If you walk with some music/earphones, relax and breath and just learn to enjoy the moment, it becomes very addicting. Mentally, you realize that it's your time to do something good for your body. You lose fat and start feeling good about your body. Before you know it, you start feeling bad if you miss a day. Keep going! You are doing great!
