My initial weight was taken on the scale at the clinic where I work. It was taken in the middle of the afternoon fully clothed wearing shoes.
Subsequent weights have been taken first thing in the morning on my bathroom scale in my underthings. I thought it would feel good to 'see' rapid results, but now that fatsecret is saying I'm losing 14 pounds a week, I figure I should come clean!
