Well, hit my goal weight last week, then had a birthday picnic with danish layer cake and a whole bunch of other goodies I just could not say no to. Had mostly a good week, but felt like I was retaining way to much water. Today is fiesta day, and homemade bake goods are my downfall today! Oh well a new day can always start at the next meal. I really want to say that I lost 30lbs this school year, wish me luck.
