Diario de loosinisfun, 02 sep. 08

day 456...gooooood morning everyone!!!!....yawn...lol...yeah would of been easy to sleep in an got a few extra winks today...be glad when i start actually walking again..be easier to get up an bck onto a regular wake up time...i do plan on going today an using the church gym and doing maybe a 20-30 min walk..just a warm up walk in another pair of shoes to see how my feet react...figure its a good way of seeing how they will do before i get out an beat the pavement with them...i did crunches yesterday...tried a different way of doing them...seemed to make it harder..instead of leaving legs stretched out, i bent my knees so my feet was flat on the floor, and then i would cross one leg over an rest it on my knee...do like 40-50...then do the other side..take a short rest between each set...also did concentrated dumbbell curls...just tryin to do different workouts each day...keep my body on its toes..wondering what im doing...i checked my mators yesterday like usual...if all my tomatoes were to get red, id have more then i could eat...the romas havent ever turned red yet...cherry tomato plant is producing about every 2-3 days...but most of the time those never make it in the house after i pick them...lol...well...need to get up and movin again...time to take the meds and eat breakfast....hope everyone had some great days off with the familys...catch you all later...

just got home from a morning walk inside...hate that part of it all..lol.. 3192 steps...2632 aerobic...200 cal..that almost covers breakfast..lol..1.46 miles..25 min...

just did an afternoon walk inside...added a few more steps on ...lol..gonna have to get on the floor later an do some ab crunches and then probly some bench presses on the floor...

Great workouts, as always! My friends here that grow tomatoes have lots of green ones, and they don't think they are going to ripen. Not enough heat! Keep taking care of those feet!

same here on the tomatoes, im beginnin to wonder if i will even see any of the romas turn red...so many getttin close, but dont kno if they will make it, summer just wasnt as hot this year as it was in past years...and really dry...but got several new ideas for next year to make it easier to take care of them...

I'm jealous of the maters. The season for them is long gone here. I did sleep in a little while because I was up in the middle of the night, nauseated over the new living room suite we bought last night. Worked for it, saved for it but it's still a lot of money. I started getting sick to my stomach as he was ringing it up:)
