Just had a refreshing glass of a quick made Watermelon and Strawberry smoothie. I truly do enjoy eating healthy, and making better lifestyle choices. It's all a matter of implementing them into my entire mindset then I can become healthier overall and eventually lose weight. I am taking it a day at a time and progressing towards my goal.
