Feels like this is just a touch-down, but we'll see... I cut back a bit on my walk today (2.8 miles walked) because I felt so yucky after the long 3.5 miles yesterday. Just felt off the entire day and tired/achey in a wierd way. Went to bed early last night and seemed to feel better today. Not sure what that was all about.
