Prednisone is cortisol, and cortisol makes belly fat. It is a hormone.

I have lost weight eating ice cream. I don’t think it’s possible to avoid ice cream on a deficit and think that once you lose weight you will be able to eat it

I don’t think y’all are comprehending this game. I have always been able to eat ice cream, even when on a calorie deficit. You don’t just wake up at an ideal weight and have control over foods like ice cream. The issue is not the food ladies 😉
