Well it's September and if you can believe it, It's 104 degrees outside. I don't know if the heat had something to do with it, but at my official weigh in this morning, I am down 2.8 lbs. I realize that I still have a lot of work left to do, but this small accomplishment is making me very excited to take on my battle with weight. Forgive me for being excited about this small weight loss, but I've been wanting to lose weight for a long time now. The only difference is, now I am more committed and more determined. I can't wait to get back to my old weight! I haven't been 145 since I was 18.
