I’m very fortunate for food and shelter. I low key love working at home. I was born to be a shut in! The only thing is...I miss artichokes a lot. There are just no more artichokes it seems like. ☹️

Keyten- ha, I have a pack of grilled artichokes I’ve frozen. I’ve eaten 2.5 or so at a time every week or so. This is super previous rationing as...gone are the days of unlimited supply of little luxuries like roasted ciabatta and artichoke scrambled eggs. Ugh they are soo good!
