Diario de Nqoh-bee, 28 mar. 20

I am really able to sabotage myself sometimes. I've been eating like a pig with no shame. I find myself craving almost everything at once and I continue to eat even when I'm full. it's been like this for a week now, and i keep telling myself I'll do better tomorrow, which hasn't happened. Since gyms are closed , I can't even weigh myself but I can feel that I'm heavier , I think I've put on a good 2kg , when I'm so close to reaching my goal , I just mess it up.
From today, I commit to doing 8k steps (I'll jog around the house), 30 minutes of skipping rope, and a few exercises. I will record everything I put in my mouth and will not exceed my calorie intake limit. I recommit myself to preparing nutritious meals ,and for this duration no sugar!!, After the lockdown I will have reached my goal weight.

830 kcal Grasa: 40,36g | Prot: 26,03g | Carbh: 100,99g.   Almuerzo:  Apples , Pick n Pay Double Cream Plain Yoghurt. Cena:  Coffee with Milk and Sugar,  Brown Rice Cakes (Unsalted) , Avocados,  Egg Omelette or Scrambled Egg (Fat Added in Cooking),  Cooked Mushrooms (Fat Added in Cooking). Pasa Bocas / Otros:  Bananas , Oranges. más...

You can do this! don't be too hard on yourself, these are very stressful times and food can be very soothing and make one feel better in these trying times. just do better tomorrow and the next day and the next day and when you find yourself overeating again, just do better the next day.

look the lock down has been strenuous, so I get that u were self soothing.... just rectify the damage, n move forward... uve come this far.... U can do this

For every small wrong thing you eat do 10 push-ups and 10 sit-ups. Or maybe make the an hourly thing or when you get up to go anywhere do that as a habit first

Don’t be too hard on yourself, I have been experiencing the same thing. Luckily I still jog and I think it’s like you saying...it’s our bodies trying to get back to their usual weight. We just need to remember to keep going and fight the urge to overeat. The smaller we get... the quicker we get full and we must adjust accordingly.
