Diario de rumali, 05 sep. 08

Well, I feel like a basketcase...I checked the scale this am, and it was 5 lbs. less. I'm surprised - but I'll take it.
I got wigged out about yesterday's weigh in, and am a tad embarrassed now for my journal - That seals the deal - no more every day weigh ins - too much of a rollercoaster ride for this gal;)

Sometimes I gain a lot in one day, but I figure it's just water or something (1 gallon of water = 7 pounds so a quart can make a difference). Weekly weigh-ins (or at least every three or four days) give me better results; I fluctuate a lot from day to day too.

I'm glad to know the fluctuations are normal - 5 lbs difference after sleeping amazed me, it's nice to learn...I have been drinking more water, and so it showed:)

hey! thanks for your wonderful comment on my journal! Now, looking at your picture, I would not have guessed you're gonna be 40!! If I look half as good as YOU do when I turn 40, I'll LOOK FORWARD to getting there!! :)
