My progress has slowed which is frustrating, but it’s to be expected as I lose more and more weight. I am uping my physical activity which should help.💃🏼

You crushed nearly 30 lbs in 2 months, that is a great accomplishment, and I bet you feel awesome!! things level off and slow down, don't let it get you down, keep at it.

It helps to look at other things besides weight especially as you add more activity - take some progress photos to help you see the difference in how your body changes
