its noon! I woke up an HOUR ago! It felt good to sleep in for the first time in about a month!
Did the whole "no carbs" yesterday and it went a lot easier than expected. Then again, I'm used to eating very little and in moderation, so its not like I have to worry about coming off of a sugar/carb high. Thank goodness... I hate doing that!
I am enjoying my cup of coffee this morning along with a headache. yay! I find myself being a little lazy as well. Oh well, Its sunday!I think all I have planned ahead for my day is football! LOL
I'll get my regular exercise done on my ball but otherwise I'll just be sitting right here... living on the computer like I seem to always do!!

glad your first day went smoothly! You know, it was the SB diet that caused me to get so hooked on peanuts!! so, be careful! they starve you of all the good stuff, and then throw in a handful of peanuts! after the 3rd day, you think you died and went to heaven!! pretty soon, you look forward to your peanuts and start giving up other stuff to get more! Next month, you'll be talking about how you buy 3 jars of peanut butter for yourself every week...and how you're putting a pallet of it on your Xmas list!!! LOL Yea!! LOVE FOOTBALL!!! CHECK OUT BRETT FAVRE!!! Already the NY Jets are kicking butt!! Go Brett!!

dude! I woke up at 11 also!! And I do that a LOT!! So welcome to my way of life ;) Hope your headache has disappeared by the time you read this...are ya still moving?? If so, get your mom to move northbound---this is where we're all at!! LOL! BA, funny story about peanuts--I DID NOT KNOW THAT! A-ha, so that's how one gets nuts over nuts! hmmmm...

-and dinner was GREAT... I made a low, almost NO carb fiesta casserole (BE JEALOUS...VERY JEALOUS). It consisted of 7% fat hamburger meat, lettuce, cheese, salsa, onions, red bell pepper, salt free seasonings, sour cream, green beans, and ranch!! YUMMY BABY!
