So I have been both really good and bad today. I managed to get out for 3k steps today and did a 13min HIIT workout but i forgot to eat. so making up for the lack of calorie intake with a cheese and hummous plate.

Thanks peat. I didn't even eat it all! It's bizarre the days i exercise i have less desire to eat. Didn't even get tempted by the Choccy digestives.

How bizarre, I'm the other way after exercise. Once finished a 1litre mint choc chip ice cream 😁

Oooh could murder some Ice cream. It is bizarre i have to be so restrained to not eat all the biscuits on lazy days. Maybe the exercise days makes my brain want to be healthier with it's food intake too. But it worked wonders weight dropped over night.

If you want to murder some ice cream I highly recommend halo top in various flavours, only 300 calories per tub 😋 rich in protein with sweeteners

Noted. I'll look out for it. Thankfully the freezer is full so temptation can be curbed with the knowledge I can't store .
