Well I asked my WW leader to look at my daily food intake to see if anything will jump out and give her and me some idea of why this process has slowed down to a snails pace. I lost .4 this week and I know that is a loss, but once again...it does not seem like enough given how strict I am being with my food and how much I am exercising. Maybe there is something obvious that I am missing.
In the meantime I will keep doing what I am doing and hope once again that it will eventually show up somewhere.
I have to say when the little message came up on the screen after I recorded my weight and told me it would take 46 months to reach my goal at the current rate, I damn near kicked the computer.
