Haven't been journaling my food, but have been trying to stay Keto. Garden is producing asparagus, Swiss chard, onions, romaine lettuce, and a few strawberries so between that and necessary garden chores I have been eating well and exercising most days. Finally got below that 180 lbs. mark. Hooray for me! Fasting glucose has been 185 most mornings with an occasional 225 reading, so glucose is dropping slowly. A1c was 9.6 at my last doctor appointment so I have a new A1c check in June. My goal is to have it back down to 7.0 by then and have the weight down to below 170 lbs by then. Staying home because of the pandemic helps keep the weight dropping because I am not eating out!
