Mistake: Ate 4 pieces of Pizza Hut pizza pizza for 940 calories for supper. It's not a mistake because it was a lot of calories and junk food. Instead, it was a mistake because I was not actually hungry for the last piece and part of the 3rd piece and the pizza was not that great. I don't care for the new garlicy crust. If the food isn't great, stop eating it. It's the same calories whether you love it or you are too lazy to leave the table. If it's awesome, magnificent, like my wife's brownies, eat more. If it's mediocre fast food, knock it off and think. The good news is that I would have eaten 5 or 6 pieces in that situation a month or so ago, because it was stressful and the pizza was just sitting there.
