We are doing “urban hiking” today. Streets only, as allowed, new places. The silly thing is that I’m not even supposed to drive places to exercise. So, new streets in the hood, it is. Will take pics. One tiny note, I’m amazed at the thoroughness is the city in marking off everyday single trailhead around here. Like even my “secret” ones that aren’t well known. Annoying. I can’t claim ignorance climbing over tape and I’m not up for $1000 fine, thanks so much. Oh well, adapt or die of boredom.
Only 2.79 miles, pace was a little slow. Big dog wasn't doing great in the "heat" of the day compared to our nighttime strolls, so took it easy on him. He's been a little off yesterday and today so watching him carefully. Still eating, still drinking (and the things that go along with that) but not his normal perky self. I wonder if he misses BF? We went through the carwash and up the strand again, none of the dogs were as into it today. Hopefully he'll sleep it off tonight and be back to his big boy self tomorrow.
I'm jumping in the pool to finish #29 with tomorrow being #30.
