Diario de skwhite, 26 jun. 13

Somehow I tweaked my back on Sunday, do not remember doing anything that would have done that so my exercise has been somewhat curtailed. One thing that I have noted in the last couple of days is how much my stomach has been growling. I just try to drink some water and chew some gum in hopes that it will keep me until my next meal, so i can reduce some of my snacking.
