Good luck! How are you feeling energy wise eating 1000calories? I have a similar goal but I’m 5ft, I started at 139lb (currently at 128lb) and I been consuming 1500 calories per day

My regular diet was 1556 calories . First day 1300 calories Second day 1150 cal 3rd day 1050 cal 4th day 989 cal Now I am trying to go under 989 cal to bring the average to 989 calories. when I usually plan my whole day calories , I try to add fillers like salad (cucumber , iceberg lettuce tomato and broccoli) with my main food to balance out my macro nutrients. I eat every 2hrs (it keeps me going). I drink at least 2 glasses of water or lemon water to maintain electrolytes 10 minutes before my food. 2 glasses of water ( luke warm with lemon) Breakfast 2 glasses of water ( luke warm with lemon) Lunch 2 glasses of water ( luke warm with lemon) Dinner Note: Don’t drink water immediately after your meal wait for 20 minutes.
