Diario de debbra, 29 sep. 10

Last night I ate skirt steak and big bowl of cereal. I'm not adding it to food journal. I ate the food not as a pig out but as a sort of waking up of my metabolism. I've been losing so slowly so I thought maybe a day or two every so often where I don't eat too little would be good for me. We'll see. I'm just recording it here. No one needs to comment. Thanks!

A couple years ago I was counting calories and "zig-zagging" them. High day, average day, low day. That way it fooled my body and it did help jump start my metabolism/weight loss. Hope the same is true for you!
