Diario de balance, 16 sep. 08

Feeling a little despondant about my weight these days. Getting exercise about 5x/wk, but not so good about watching calories and logging food. Feeling very overwhelmed with work these days. Put my "fat pants" on this morning and that's never a good sign. Had healthy breakfast and lunch today. Want to try and stick to good food decisions.

Hiya T! =) You are a VERY busy girl, especially with your new business...so cut yourself some slack! You are getting out and exercising 5 times a week which is a hell of a lot more than I can say!! haha and you know what you are doing thats counteracting it, so thats fixable! Maybe you should plan out what you want to eat next week....pack a small cooler, so you're not as tempted to go out and eat. You CAN do this! Call me up anytime you need some support too!

I'm with Cheeks... If you are busy, running a business, exercising 5 times a week, etc., you are doing the right things. Planning ahead will probably be your best bet. It's definitely important to track your eating, too. Get on this site as often as you can.. you will find all sorts of support! It was a great help to me when I was directed to the site...
