I get that way too! I try to keep stalked up on nuts.100calorie popcorn and plenty of keto sweets recipes only cause there better for me than regular sweets. I am not on keto I just try to limit my carbs and eat lean and green

@KayBuckaroo not sure if it’s a proper term. I think of it as eating a big portion of food in one sitting and having difficulty controlling it. If that helps answer it lol 🙃

Please don't be embarrassed. This is your journey and most of are here to help you grow and help you find your way. Speaking on behalf of a friend, at least you didn't hide in the bathroom, lock the door, turn on the fan and flush the toilet, to shove the smallest slice a meatball pizza in your mouth when no one was looking this past Wednesday. See, we are not perfect. I am only speaking for a friend.

I think we have all done that at one time or another (OR MORE) but that just means we are human. Just take it in baby steps; keep trying. Please don't give up on yourself. We are here to support you along your journey!

Whenever I feel that way I drink a glass of water. Sometimes when you think you're hungry your body is actually dehydrated.
I find that it helps to have snacks ready for cravings like that. Late at night I usally have a small bowl of soup or oatmeal with some almond milk. Boiled eggs, avocados, fruits (bananas especially)are good to have when you're cravings food.
Try not to stress too much. Maybe you just have to look at your meals and make sure they're balanced.
And don't feel bad about treating yourself. I go by the 80/20 rule. Eat well 80% of the time. And whatever you want 20% of the time.

I saw a comment about portions. This is what I do. Whatever size your plate is, make half of it veggies, 25% protein, 25%carbs. Just a rule of thumb on how I eat but more importantly creating good eating habits is what's going to get you through this. It's a lifestyle! And abs are made in the kitchen 🥰

@StellarC I try to follow keto type diet when wanting to lose weight, so was having major carb craving ☹️ but have alternatives 🙂
@mxsaigon I am usually dehydrated so will definitely keep that in mind 🙂 and indeed portions are a must ☺️ thank you
