Happy Friday everyone - It is an amazing day Alive day 874. It has been a bit from checking in. I got activated as part of the guard and switched employment gears. I have found a way to keep the fitness program going with out the gym. I got my virtual doctors appointment and they are happy with my labs - I am too. my A1c is at 5.8 and all my other labs are well within the normal ranges. I reflected on this last night and was really impressed that by adopting a new WoE, continuing fitness and being committed to the process I have been able to maintain my health at a level that I haven't had since high school. Even my doctor made the comment "it is like you don't have diabetes even though you do." I have you all to thank because you have all shared your experience, challenges and knowledge with me. I also have to give a shout out to my wife who has embraced this journey with me. I hope that you can all find the joy in the moment and keep working toward your goals because you and I are worth it.
