Google photos made me this collage today and these two photos happened to be perfectly timed between when I started this weight loss journey and the second picture is today. It's a little hard to tell how much was lost since I'm holding him in the first photo, but I definitely see a change in my face and arms. 24 pounds so far 🥳🎉

Congrats!!! A friend here on FS gave some great advise. He said that reaching our goal weight is not the finish line. It's our new starting line. Keep doing what you did to reach your goal and modify only as needed... Congrats again!!!
