I didn't have much time b/c the pool lanes were closing, but I did head to the gym and was able to get in a good 15 min. swim. I did 20 lengths in that time so I was pretty happy about that. What I am not happy about is I have eaten very healthfully yesterday and today but my belly is feeling big like a bowl of jello! What gives? I had a lot of high fiber foods to keep me full as I was very hungry all day, but nothing even bad at all. It is a pretty frustrating feeling. Maybe I went too high on the carbs, even though they were healthy ones. I was hoping to post a loss for tomorrow, now I am not sure that will happen. Well, I made good choices, so that is all I can do. Something in my choices is having a negative effect though if my belly is feeling bigger than before.
I will hit the gym again tomorrow AM for a hard work out. I'm feeling good about the amount of exercise I have been getting and hoping to have it burn away these last pounds I would like to lose. I will prob. weigh in tomorrow if I have a loss to avoid the weekend weigh in. I will need to be more thoughtful though on my eating for the weekend so I can stop going through these cycles of losing in the week and gaining it back on the weekend. So hard to do!!
