gooooooooood morning everyone...day 472...friday already...yelp...slept in today...was tired from yesterday, besides settin up for a rummage sale, went ahead an cut grass and weedeated ...grass isnt growing as fast, but thought well..if i cut it today, wont have to cut it tomow..lol..was so nice out, woke up alittle sore in back of my upper arms today from my weight routine i did yesterday, but a good sore...not really sure what im gonna do today, besides my crunches, pilates, pushups, and then who knows...give my body a day off from weights...pretty well have the rummage sale all in one place for easy to get to tomow morning...but mom is still findin stuff to put out...and we only have 6 tables..so might be doing it again next week...well...since i woke up later..need to get up an moving...hope everyone has a greatttttttt friday!!!!...keep that body up an moving....
