You know when you feel cruddy and just don't want to eat? That's today for me. I know I should eat but I feel so bad. I might just shove a bag of cheetos in my face cause it's easy and I don't have the willpower to find my mind on this.

It's very hard to find that willpower when you don't feel good. Maybe try some broth instead of the cheetos. Or do the cheetos but not the whole bag. I hope you get to feeling better

I keep a few bottles of High Pro Ensure in the refrigerator for such times. It's really a big help.

Everyone goes through these moments, eat SOME Cheetos. 80/20 rule. Hopefully it’s just a day and not a season!

Sorry this is one of those days. We all do get them so know you’re not alone. I’d honestly say read the ingredients on the Cheetos then think about what they do to your body and opt for something healthier you’ll feel better about. If you’re like many people, you may crash the whole car after you just scuffed the tire on the curb....you don’t want to wreck a perfectly good day of eating over one bag of Cheetos. Just my thoughts tho.

Whenever I have a craving to just binge eat random crap food (lol), I try to drink some water and hot herbal tea and maybe eat a few baby carrots, it's not as satisfying but I don't regret it afterwards.

If I'm really craving something I try to put a small portion in a bowl & eat it slowly....savoring every bite. Usually it helps the cravings & I don't go totally crazy & eat a whole bag of something I shouldn't.

I eat those simply cheetos, I'm not supposed to have the regular ones. I don't think I've eaten a whole bag of cheetos in a day in a year and a half. How things change. I also keep soylent in the fridge we have been thinking of the high protein ensure since I struggle with eating enough protein.

I also realized I may have not wrote my thoughts well. I wasn't craving food. I wasn't hungry, I go through hours or days where I won't be hungry so I won't eat. The cheetos were an option to force me to get calories in me. It's weird to think about but I go through bouts of anemia so I try to entice myself into eating like 200 calories of an easy food to get something in me.
