I got up without complaining and went out and did my 1hrs walk. Thankfully my knees didn't act up and I was able to make all my steps that I intended....and then I weight trained at home...and really pushed myself. I'll be sore tomorrow but I'll be smiling being one hot...I mean happy mother on out day. Happy Mother's Day and to my own mummy smiling down on me.

i need to add...I have not been so good with my diet. Yes I am staying within calorie range but I've been adding on items and that can get me into trouble....i better watch it. Next week I will pull it together better and I look forward to hitting the 70s then.
